These historical recordings were never published before. Umi Cemal Erkin’s violin Concerto, recorded «live» in Brussels in 1958, shows the great Turkish violonist Ayla Erduran under the direction of the composer himself. Never released before, a «live» performance of Szymanowski’s first violin Concerto, recorded in Poznan in 1957, completes this historical CD.
